How Can I See My Order Status?

All you have to do is go to our front page and enter your order ID which is your order number and you enter your email address. You will see tracking information there and the general status of your order.

How Do I Determine Shipping Cost?

As a note shipping is free on orders over $50. When checking out look for the shipping calculator button. It will provide a shipping estimate based on your zip code or country and the item/items you buy. When you buy multiple items, our checkout will combine them for a lower shipping price. We guarantee low shipping rates for our customers.

What Is Your Processing Time?

We generally process orders in 2-3 business days. We are closed on weekends and on major holidays. You will be able to offer expedited shipping on our checkout cart.

Is There Sales Taxes On Any Items?

We are required by law to charge taxes to buyers purchasing within New York State. You will be charged sales tax upon checkout.

If I Have Already Placed My Order Can I Cancel It Or Change It?

Please contact us right away and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We do not guarantee under any circumstances that changes can be made once an order is placed but we will do our best.

Do You Offer Personal Embroidery On Your Products?

No personal embroidery is available on our products. If you have any special requests you can still message us and we can try to point you to someone who can. Thanks.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Free Shipping Promotion Questions

What Is Your Free Shipping Promotion?

We offer our domestic US customers free standard shipping on orders that total $50 or more. If the order weighs 5 pounds or 50 pounds you will receive free shipping. You will receive your goods within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Our promotion is offered to US customers in the lower 48 states and also including APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. US territories, US common wealth countries, and international countries are not included in this promotion. We will be using either UPS or USPS. We must stress that if a customer would like to make a return we will not cover any fees associated with returning your goods unless of course we shipped you the wrong goods or damaged goods. If you make a return that will cause the total of your order to go below $50 then we will charge you for shipping on your goods.

Do International Orders Qualify For The Free Shipping Promotion?

Our free shipping promotion is only valid for continental U.S. customers. We do however offer some of the most competitive prices for international shipping. Please calculate your shipping total on the checkout page.

What Is Your $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping?

We offer our domestic US customers a standard shipping option for any amount of goods for only $4.95. You will receive your goods within 5-8 business days from date of purchase. Our promotion is offered to US customers in the lower 48 states and also including APO/FPO, PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. US territories and US common wealth countries are not included in this promotion. We will be using either UPS or USPS.

Do You Offer Other Shipping Methods?

We do offer domestic customers both (4-6 Business Days) and (3-5 Business Day shipping) for additional amounts.

Do You Ship International Orders?

We ship worldwide to all countries that PayPal allows us to. We offer you the choice of USPS first class international or USPS priority mail international. All international shipment prices are generated by USPS based on the weight of your order. We can ship UPS international by request and you must email us before you make your order for a shipping quote.

Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you provide a P.O. Box we will ship via USPS. P.O. Box addresses are charged the same shipping rate as the lower 48 states.

Do You Ship To APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes we do. We use USPS to ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO addresses are charged the same shipping rate as the lower 48 states.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?

How quickly an item takes to arrive overseas depends on the items you purchased. If your total order weighs less than 2 pounds then shipping can take 10 days to as long as four weeks or even more in extreme cases. If your total order exceeds 2 pounds than shipping will take roughly 1-3 weeks depending on customs.

When Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order out and you can track your order on our website.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?

How quickly an item takes to arrive overseas depends on the items you purchased. If you select USPS first class mail then shipping can take 10 days to as long as four weeks or even more in extreme cases. If you select priority mail than shipping will take roughly 1-3 weeks depending on customs.

Returns/Exchanges Questions

Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?

We do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 12% re-stocking fee to cover our handling expenses. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. Please message us for the return address. Do not just ship the items back to the address on the shipping label you received with your order. For additional information please visit our help center.

Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

We do not accept returns on items that have been washed or where the tags have been taken off. Boots must be returned in their original box and must have never been worn once. Some items, such as swimsuits and underwear, cannot be returned due to various state or federal laws.

I Received The Wrong Items What Do I Do Now?

Please contact us at through our contact us page. Just message us right away if this happens and we will be quick to respond to you and provide you a return label to have the items shippped back to us. We will have the new items shipped to you right away.

How Long Do Returns Take To Process?

All returns to our office take 1-3 weeks to process. We try our best to process your returns as fast as possible.
